Land Measurement : मित्रांनो, तुम्ही जर शेतकरी असाल, तर तुम्हाला शेतजमीन कसत असताना जमिनीसंदर्भातील मोजमाप माहिती असणे अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे. कारण आपल्या वडील किंवा आजोबाना जमिनीच्या मोजमापासंदर्भात संपूर्ण माहिती आहे; परंतु पुढील पिढीला जमिनीच्या मोजमापा संदर्भात तितकी माहिती नाही.
एक एकर म्हणजे नेमकं किती ?
आपल्याकडे प्रामुख्याने जमीन एकरमध्ये मोजतात. सहजच आपण एखाद्याला जमिनीविषयी माहिती विचारत असताना तुमच्या नावावरती किती एकर जमीन आहे असा प्रश्न विचारतो. मग खरंच एक एकर जमीन म्हणजे किती प्रश्न असा बहुतांशवेळी नवीन पिढीला पडत असतो. जसं की आपल्याला ठाऊक आहे, जगामध्ये मोजणीसाठी वेगवेगळे प्रमाण आहेत. जमीन मोजणीसाठी एकर हे प्रमाण देण्यात आलेल आहे.
ज्याप्रमाणे आपण स्थायू पदार्थ मोजण्यासाठी वेगळे प्रमाण वापरतो, द्रव पदार्थ मोजण्यासाठी वेगळे प्रमाण वापरतो त्याचप्रमाणे जमीन मोजणी करण्यासाठी एकर हा प्रमाण वापरला जातो. देशातील विविध राज्यानुसार जमीन क्षेत्र मोजणीचे वेगवेगळे प्रमाण देण्यात आलेले आहेत. म्हणजेच जमीन मोजण्याचे प्रमाण हे प्रदेशानुसार, राज्यानुसार किंवा देशानुसार बदलू शकतात.
विविध राज्यातील मोजणी प्रमाण
आसाम बिहार झारखंड आणि पश्चिम बंगाल या राज्यात शेतजमीन मोजण्यासाठी कट्टा या एककाचा वापर केला जातो. संबंधित नमूद राज्यात 32 कट्याची एक एकर जमीन म्हणून ओळखली जाते. साधारणता एक कट्टा म्हणजे 1361 स्क्वेअर फुट होय.
राजस्थान, हरियाणा, छत्तीसगड या विविध राज्यांमध्ये जमीन मोजणीसाठी बिघा हा प्रमाण वापरण्यात येतो. साधारणता एक एकर म्हणजे 1.613 बिघा जमीन होय. एक बिघा म्हणजे 26910.66 स्केअर फुट इतकी जमीन असते.
महाराष्ट्र राज्य मोजणी प्रमाण
वरील सर्व राज्याच्या उलट देशातील महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, गुजरातसहित दक्षिण भारतात जमीन मोजणीसाठी एकर या प्रमाणाचा वापर करण्यात येतो. एक एकर म्हणजे जवळपास 0.40 आर जमीन म्हणजेच 40 गुंठा होय. याचाच अर्थ एक हेक्टर जमीन म्हणजे 100 आर जमीन, एक एकर जमीन म्हणजे साधारणतः 43,560 चौरस फूट इतकी जमीन होय.
