सातबारा उतारा (Satbara Utara Download) संदर्भात एक महत्त्वाची बातमी नुकतीच समोर आलेली आहे. शेतकऱ्यांसाठी आवश्यक असलेला सातबारा उतारा काही कारणास्तव शेतकऱ्यांना पुढील तीन दिवसासाठी म्हणजेच 19 जुलै 2024 ते 22 जुलै 2024 या दरम्यान डाउनलोड करता येणार नाही. भूमी अभिलेख विभागाचे ऑनलाइन पोर्टल तांत्रिकदृष्ट्या अद्यायावत करण्यात येणार आहे. अशी माहिती ई-फेरफार प्रकल्पाच्या राज्य समन्वयक सरिता नरके यांच्याकडून देण्यात आली.
भूमि अभिलेख अद्यायावत प्रक्रिया
ई-फेरफार, ई-हक्क, ई-चावडी त्याचप्रमाणे ई-महाभूमी या पोर्टलवरून सातबारा उतारे, आठ अ, मिळकत पत्रिका, फेरफार उतारे ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड करता येतात. सध्यास्थितीत या पोर्टलचे सॉफ्टवेअर जुने झाल्याकारणाने डाउनलोड करण्याची मर्यादा आणि वेग खूपच कमी झालेला आहे. उतारे डाऊनलोड करताना अनेक तांत्रिक अडचणी येतात. हे सॉफ्टवेअर 2016 पासून वापरण्यात येत असून यामध्ये अध्यायवत तंत्रज्ञान वापरणे आवश्यक होते.
भुमीअभिलेख विभागाकडून सॉफ्टवेअर अद्यावत करण्याचे ठरविण्यात आलेले असून त्यासाठी विभागाकडून चालविण्यात येणारी सर्व पोर्टल 19 जुलै च्या सायंकाळी 6 वाजेपासून 22 जुलै च्या रात्री 12 पर्यंत बंद राहतील. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांनी किंवा नागरिकांनी आवश्यक सातबारा उतारा किंवा इतर उतारे 19 जुलैपूर्वीच काढून ठेवावेत, अशी माहिती संबंधित विभागाकडून देण्यात आली आहे.
कमी वेळेत उतारा डाऊनलोड होणार
नवीन सॉफ्टवेअर हे २०२४ मध्येच तयार करण्यात आले आहे. त्याची चाचणी यशस्वी झाली असून, त्याचा वापर सुरू झाल्यानंतर उतारे कमी वेळेत डाऊनलोड होतील, अशी माहितीही नरके यांनी यावेळी दिली. सध्या ई-पीक पाहणी, खरीप पीक विमा योजना तसेच अन्य योजनांसाठी शेतकरी अर्ज करत आहेत. त्यामुळे अर्ज भरण्यासाठी लागणारी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे त्यांनी १९ जुलैपूर्वीच काढावीत, जेणेकरून अर्ज करताना अडचण येणार नाही, असेही नरके यांनी सांगितले.
