केंद्र शासनाकडून समाजातील विविध घटकातील नागरिकांना सोयी-सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी नवीन योजना आखल्या जातात. कोरोना महामारीच्यावेळी व्यवसायिक नागरिकांना संकटातून बाहेर काढण्यासाठी शासनाकडून विविध योजना सुरू करण्यात आल्या. यापैकीच एक महत्त्वकांशी योजना म्हणजे पीएम स्वानिधी योजना होय. सदर योजनेच्या माध्यमातून रस्त्यावरील विक्रेत्यांना त्यांचा व्यवसाय सुरळीत चालू ठेवण्यासाठी 10,000 रुपयापासून असुरक्षित कर्ज दिलं जातं.

प्रधानमंत्री स्वानिधी योजना

रस्त्यावरील विक्रेत्यांना त्यांचा छोटा-मोठा व्यवसाय शासनाकडून कर्ज घेऊन सुरळीतरित्या चालविता यावा यासाठी 01 जून 2019 पासून प्रधानमंत्री स्वानिधी (PM Svanidhi) योजना सुरू करण्यात आली. संबंधित योजना गृहनिर्माण आणि शहरी व्यवहार मंत्रालयाकडून सुरू करण्यात आलेली असून व्यवसाय करू इच्छिणाऱ्या छोट्या व्यावसायिकांना सदर योजनेतून विनातारण 10,000 पासून 50,000 रुपयापर्यंत कर्ज उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येत.

कर्जदार विक्रेता किंवा फेरीवाल्यांकडून कर्जाची रक्कम घेण्यात आल्यानंतर कर्जदारांना डिजिटल पेमेंटवर 1200 कृपयापर्यंतचा कॅशबॅक दिला जाईल. आतापर्यंत अडीच लाखापेक्षा अधिक अर्जदारांना संबंधित योजनेतून कर्ज देण्यात आले आहे. प्रधानमंत्री स्वानिधी योजनेतून कर्ज घेताना कोणत्याही विशेष कागदपत्रांची गरज भासत नाही ही या योजनेची विशेषता आहे. डिसेंबर 2024 पर्यंत या योजनेचा लाभ संबंधित गरजू व्यावसायिक घेऊ शकतात.

अटी आणि शर्ती काय असतील?

  • अर्जदार भारताचा रहिवासी असावा.
  • रस्त्यावरील विक्रेता फक्त सदर योजनेसाठी पात्र असेल.
  • रस्त्याच्या कडेला असलेली स्टेशनरी दुकान आणि छोटी कारागीर या योजनेसाठी अर्ज करू शकतील.
  • संबंधित योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी कोणत्याही गॅरेंटरची आवश्यकता भासणार नाही.
  • लाभार्थ्यांना कर्ज एकरकमी किंवा हप्त्याच्या स्वरूपात जमा करण्याची सुविधा दिली जाईल.

  • वेबसाईटवर आल्यानंतर Apply Loan 10k/Apply Loan 20k/ Apply Loan 50k यापैकी तुमच्या पात्रतेनुसार एका पर्यायावर क्लिक करा.
  • त्यानंतर तुमचा मोबाईल क्रमांक नोंदवा, तुमच्या मोबाईल वरती एक ओटीपी पाठवण्यात येईल, तो OTP टाकून तुमच्या मोबाईल क्रमांकाची पडताळणी करून घ्या.
  • त्यानंतर रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म काळजीपूर्वक सविस्तर भरून घ्या आणि भरण्यात आलेल्या फॉर्मची प्रिंट काढा.
  • फॉर्म भरल्यानंतर सर्व आवश्यक कागदपत्र स्कॅन करून पोर्टलवर अपलोड करा.
  • केंद्र शासनाकडून नियुक्त केलेल्या स्वनिधी केंद्रावर जाऊन ऑनलाईन भरण्यात आलेला फॉर्म व सर्व आवश्यक कागदपत्र सबमिट करा.
  • पडताळणी केल्यानंतर कर्जाची रक्कम सेल्फ फंड योजनेअंतर्गत तुमच्या आधार संलग्न बँक खात्यात ट्रान्सफर करण्यात येईल.
